These FEMMES FUTURISTES are pieced together from fragments of our shared visual history, then situated in anonymous venues where they can create their own narratives. They have spent their pandemic time connecting with previously hidden aspects of themselves. Suggesting new possibilities, they inspire unapologetic authenticity and a sense of daring.
