Night time is dream time, when objects shed their daytime identities, and play more ambiguous roles. Lighting at night inherently dramatic. I use my camera as an extension of my nervous system, to see objects and space in ways that go beyond my limited sensibility. Daytime fact becomes nighttime hypothesis. What is a dream on film is strictly up to the physical interactions of light and silver crystals; yet it is framed to serve the purpose of dream and imagination.
