Blue Sky 25th Birthday Exhibition

2000 marked the 25th year of Blue Sky Gallery exhibiting and publishing the best photography from around the world. During November, Blue Sky will hold a members-only show, filling the gallery space with images of a birthday theme taken exclusively by the life-blood of Blue Sky, the members. An essential factor in Blue Sky’s continued existence as a non-profit arts organization, Blue Sky members provide almost one-half of the revenue for the annual budget.

Members from around the United States will be invited to submit up to two photographs, at least one of which will be included in the exhibition. A benefit of membership, this semi-annual membership show is always diverse, fun and interesting. Non-members may participate in the exhibition by joining with a $30 basic membership.

Blue Sky’s mission for the past quarter century has been and continues to be to educate the public about photography through exhibitions & publications, to further the careers & artistic development of the artists shown, to create a dialogue among artists & between artists & the public, & to leave a concrete permanent record of their work through print & digital publications.
