Bruce and Roy

Bruce Guenther, chief curator at the Portland Art Museum, made a visit to Blue Sky last week to spend some time with the work of our July artists, Laurie Lambrecht and Emidio Puglielli. Chris Rauschenberg, ever the stealthy photographer, was also there and caught Bruce in perfect reverie gazing at Lambrecht's "Roy in Red Interior" from 1992:

We've enjoyed having Lambrecht's vivid prints hanging on our gallery walls this month, and will be sad to see them go when the exhibition closes at the end of this week. It seems like just yesterday that we were hanging the show (as captured by Lambrecht's camera last month):
