Images from the series PAUSE, 2020-2021
The series Pause is a return to a more personal photographic relationship to place and family. The works were created during the pandemic and are interconnected with several other recent projects focused around water including the collaborative works Body of Water and Confluences.
The images are photographed with a 6x7 film camera, an underwater "action" camera, and a drone. The images exist as large format archival pigment prints, photo print objects printed on bamboo paper, and video works.
