Kristina Barker
Guided by her introspective sense of place and belonging, Kristina examines themes around human consciousness reflected in nature. She has long investigated the idea of where our physical and non-physical worlds intertwine, engaging in a visual dialogue around the bewildering experience of existing on our planet. Her practice is heavily influenced by memory in identity, transmuting grief, and connecting the state of dreaming as a critical part of experiencing human life.
