Tamar Haytayan

Artist Statement

In my series My Everyday, I aim to capture the beauty of daily life, specifically random places and things that have a nostalgic element to them. Revisiting and editing this series has kept me afloat these past few months as it offered me a world in which I could escape and meditate.
At a time when I needed it most, the random acts of photographing my mundane helped me see the beauty in the fleeting moments that for the most part go unnoticed.
