Artist Statement
The camera has become a powerful tool for focusing my attention and awareness on the lives and feelings of my children as we attempt to navigate a complex world in the midst of global pandemic, social and racial injustices and economic upheaval.
The photos attempt to speak to the disorienting environment and the accompanying confusion, outrage, disappointment, and vulnerability we experience as we "Stay Home and Save Lives"
