Out of the Drawers: Fragments
This exhibition is about fragments. Obscured moments. Contexts removed. Not “big picture” but small picture. Things lost and found. The remembered and the forgotten. The constructive and deconstructive. Fiction and reality. Pieces of the world, of identity, of materials torn apart, slowly drifting back together again.
Curated by Ruby McShane. Selected photographs by Christine Armbruster, Meghan Crandall, James Lommasson, Stuart McCall, Sandee McGee, Zachary Reno, Jerry Slough, Deb Stoner, Cristal Tappan, Thanh Vu, Alice Christine Walker, Aaron Wessling, and Yuyang Zhang.
In order to provide more visibility for artists participating in our 2021 Pacific Northwest Drawers exhibition, we have turned our Library wall into a Drawers exhibition space. Exhibitions typically rotate every other month and feature prints by multiple artists at a time.
This exhibition is on view from July 15 - August 12
